  • Vegetarian Cooking: Non-vegetarian cooking is not allowed in the villa, as our on-call chef is vegetarian.
  • Respectful Noise Levels: Please be considerate of your neighbors. Avoid loud music outdoors after 9:00 PM.
  • Security Deposit: A security deposit of INR 20,000/- is required during check-in and will be refunded at check-out after a villa inspection.
  • Proper Disposal: Dispose of chewing tobacco and cigarettes responsibly to avoid fines.
  • Linen Care: We provide high-quality linens. Please refrain from using towels or hand towels for cleaning shoes or removing makeup. Stained linens may incur replacement or deep cleaning costs.
  • Legal Compliance: Engaging in illegal activities is strictly prohibited and may result in expulsion from the villa.
